Shipping & Returns
Please note that we are a small shipping team, all orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days of the order being placed. If you would like a tracking number link for your order, please send an email to tristan@ybellranchsupply.com and request one.
To initiate a return, please email tristan@ybellranchsupply.com with your order number to request a return. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days. If returned, the product must still have its original tags and have not been used or worn. If we receive a return back and tags are not attached, we can not process the return and you will be responsible for the shipping charge to send the product back to you. Please be aware that unless the item has factory defects or damage (not including leather imperfections), or the wrong product is shipped to you, or their is a mistake on our end, the return shipping will be deducted from your overall refund.
If you buy two of the same item to see what size works, please be aware that your return total will be subtracted by the half the cost of shipping to you, as well as the entirety of the return shipping.
We do not accept returns for boots with leather imperfections, only for noticable wear and defects. It should be expected that you will find imperfections on most leather.
All felt and straw hats, purses, jewelry, sale items are final sale and are not available to return.
Orders totaling under $100.00 will be charged a flat rate shipping charge of $10.00. Orders totaling over $100.00 will receive free shipping (some items and location's excluded). Y-Bell reserves the right to adjust any shipping charges. Additional shipping charges may apply to heavy and/or larger sized items. Oversized packages may require additional shipping charges based on available rates. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless a return is initiated before we ship your items. Items purchased online & returned in store will be refunded the full amount excluding the cost of shipping.
Y-Bell reserves the right to hold any order for security review. If your order is affected, you will be notified.
If a package is believed to be lost or stolen, please email tristan@ybellranchsupply.com to request a tracking number.
International Shipping - We do not ship internationally.
Returns
Upon receiving of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price. In some cases to process a return, card information must be acquired again over the phone. The return must be made within 30 days, with the original tags and cannot have been used or worn.
