Shipping & Returns
Orders will be processed within 48 hours. Please note that our shipping department is closed on Saturday and the store is closed on Sunday, so orders placed Friday after 12pm CST may not ship until the following Monday.
To initiate a return, please email tristan@ybellranchsupply.com with your order number to request a return form. All returns require a return confirmation number that will be provided on the return form.
Returns will not be accepted after 30 days. If returned the product must still have its original tags and have not been used or worn.
All hats, purses, jewelry, sale items & items purchased during promotional sales are final sale and are not available to exchange.
Orders totaling under $100.00 will be charged a flat rate shipping charge of $8.00. Orders totaling over $100.00 will receive free shipping (some items excluded). Y-Bell reserves the right to adjust any shipping charges. Additional shipping charges may apply to heavy and/or larger sized items. Oversized packages may require additional shipping charges based on available rates. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Items purchased online & returned in store will be refunded the full amount excluding the cost of shipping.
Y-Bell reserves the right to hold any order for security review. If your order is affected, you will be notified. Billing & shipping addresses must match on all orders.
If a package is believed to be lost or stolen, please email tristan@ybellranchsupply.com to request a tracking number.
International Shipping- we do not ship internationally.
Returns
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment. Again, the return must be made within 30 days, with the original tags and have not been used or worn.
